We are a property service company we’re handling 180 units total six properties
Lets Fix It charges monthly fee service contracts, which includes building, maintenance and cleaning of buildings.
The monthly maintenance fee, includes minor repairs Garbage disposal Additional charges for snow, removal, apartment, turnovers and renovationCharge for parts, on minor repairs.
